Abstract The aircraft gun firing will cause serious impact on airframe structure. According to the principle, muzzle blast wave is simulated by chemical explosion. ALE method used deal with fluid-structure interaction between high-pressure flowing air and surface of cabin. Then expression model load established. numerical calculation completed analyse dynamic response cabin structure under load. parameters are modified using experiment results. Comparing calculated results, error within acceptable range. Multiaxial stress equivalence rain-flow counting process simulation data estimate fatigue life. In conclusion, paper provides a feasible for analysing life
